A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information between requests — for example, to keep you signed in. Cookies can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by another domain (third-party).

We use only strictly-necessary, first-party session cookies. They keep you authenticated as you move between pages and help protect your account and session. Without them, the platform cannot securely sign you in.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with advertisers.

On the authenticated channels screen, when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup, we load the Facebook JavaScript SDK. That SDK may set a functional third-party cookie from Meta solely to run the onboarding flow. This applies only during channel onboarding inside your account — it is not present on our public marketing pages, and it is not used for advertising or tracking by us. Meta's use of any data it receives is governed by Meta's own policies.

You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you clear cookies or refuse them for specific sites. Because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in and using the platform.

Browser help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all include instructions for managing cookies under their privacy or security settings.
