Terms of Service

By accessing Pleisys Engage you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or unlawful messages.
• Violate the policies of connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp).
• Upload contact data without a lawful basis or required consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

4.1 Plans

We offer Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans, plus a free trial. Plan limits and pricing are shown at sign-up and may change with notice.

4.2 Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay). Taxes apply where required.

4.3 Wallet & credits

Message delivery is paid from a prepaid wallet at the per-message rates shown in your account. Credits are consumed as messages are sent and reconciled against delivery.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused wallet credits may be refundable at our discretion, net of fees already incurred.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, and our use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

Use of WhatsApp and other channels is additionally subject to those providers' terms, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, and applicable regulations such as TRAI DLT requirements in India. You are responsible for compliance with them.

The platform, its software, and branding are owned by Verdeshell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Enterprise plans may include a separate, contractual SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleisys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Pleisys against claims arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled per our retention policy.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
